You will receive text messages on your mobile number and an email as well on your email ID which you have provided at the time of creating your Logoree user account.
You will avail the luxury of tracking your order via confirmation SMS or email. You will get a confirmation text and an email as soon as the delivery is completed.
* What is the delivery procedure?
Logoree will try its best to deliver the product at the promised time and place.
The logistic personnel will make a call on your registered phone number to notify you about the attempt of delivery.
You will be notified each step of activity that is taking place in order to complete your request i.e. order acceptance status, order pick up status, the contact details of the delivery personnel, so on via text message.
Even if you are unable to attend the call, the logistic personnel will visit the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
In case of any change in address or availability, you need to intimate the logistic personnel before he/she is out for delivery.
In case the logistic personnel are unable to deliver within a given time due to the negligence from your end, the product will be returned to our store and your paid amount refunded on your original payment method.
In case of delay due to act of god or other unavoidable circumstances, you will be notified along with the probable delivery time via SMS and email.
